Returns and complaints policy

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • Seller – Beautiful Hair Studio Limited Liability Company, conducting business activities in accordance with Polish law.
  • Customer / Consumer – a natural person making a purchase in the Store for purposes not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.
  • Goods – products offered in the Online Store, in particular natural hair.

3. Right of withdrawal

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The deadline is counted from the day on which the Customer received the Goods.

3. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must submit a declaration of withdrawal – e.g. by sending an e-mail or a return form.

4. The refund will be made no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods.

5. The goods should be sent to the following address: Ludna 2, 00-406 Warsaw.

6. The costs of returning the shipment are covered by the Customer.

4. Terms of return of goods

1. Only the following Goods are subject to return:

  • unused, undamaged, in original packaging,
  • with hygiene seal intact (if applicable).

2. Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be reintroduced to sale after opening the packaging (e.g. products for natural hair after unsealing).

3. In the event of a return of the Goods, the Seller will refund the amount paid together with the cost of delivery ( excluding additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by the Store).

5. Complaints procedure

1. If a physical or legal defect of the Goods is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

2. Complaints should be sent to the following address: Ludna 2, 00-406 Warsaw or by e-mail: stockhair100@gmail.com.

3. The complaint should include:

  • name, address, contact details,
  • order number,
  • description of the defect and the Customer's request (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).

4. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

5. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller covers the costs of return shipping.

6. Refunds

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made (unless the Customer agrees to a different method), no later than 14 days from the date of acceptance of the complaint or withdrawal from the contract.

8. Final provisions

1. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287) shall apply.

2. The Policy is effective from November 15, 2025 and constitutes an integral part of the Regulations of the Online Store.
